How much does AV rental cost for a corporate event?

Do you provide a sound engineer with every booking?

Yes. Every NYC Corporate Sound booking includes a dedicated on-site sound engineer who manages your audio from setup through breakdown. We never drop off equipment and leave — we stay for the entire event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance for most events. However, we understand that corporate events sometimes come together quickly, and we do accommodate last-minute bookings when our schedule allows. Call us and we will do our best to help.

What equipment do you provide?

Our inventory includes wireless microphones (handheld, lavalier, and headset), PA speakers, subwoofers, audio mixing consoles, podium microphones, DI boxes, playback systems, projectors, screens, LED video walls and more. We select the right equipment for your specific venue and event format.

Can you handle outdoor events?

Yes. We provide portable PA systems and weatherproof audio setups for outdoor corporate events, ceremonies, and gatherings. We also bring backup equipment and power solutions for outdoor venues.

Do you offer DJ services?

Yes. In addition to sound reinforcement, we offer professional DJ services for corporate parties, holiday events, receptions, and celebrations. We can provide background music, curated playlists, or a full DJ experience.

What happens if equipment malfunctions during my event?

Our on-site sound engineer carries backup equipment and can swap components immediately if any issue arises. We test all equipment before your event begins and monitor it continuously throughout. Equipment failure during an event is extremely rare, but we are always prepared.
