Refuge America’s gathering was held during the 2026 United Nations General Assembly in New York City. NYC Corporate Sound managed wireless microphones for multiple speakers, processed speech live to filter noise and control peaks, balanced quiet and loud voices, and handled music playback.

Interactive hybrid convention · October 2026
Three days of AV production for the ballroom and audio for 3 additional rooms, with large-format 16:9 projection, wireless presenter microphones, audience microphones, live cameras, and ballroom delay speakers.
Zoom participants could hear, speak, and interact with the room. The event also included French translation support and secure Wi-Fi and wired Cat6 connectivity for multiple computers.
Gala & benefit AV production · October 2026
AV production for a 250-guest anniversary benefit, including sound reinforcement, wireless microphones for presenters, computer-connected video screens, DJ support, and auctioneer support.
Our crew managed setup, onsite technical operation, and production coordination throughout the celebration.
Outdoor event sound · September 2026
Outdoor sound reinforcement for DJ music, MCs and event announcements, with speakers, subwoofers, wireless microphones and on-site audio operation.
A large tent served as our production area and doubled as a designated VIP space for performers and crew members.
Commercial AV troubleshooting · October 2026
Restored an interrupted TV feed by identifying and replacing a faulty HDMI cable and adjusting connections through the venue’s existing distribution system.
We traced the signal through the existing HDMI connections and splitters, adjusted the routing and used an adapter to reconnect an affected television.
Squire Patton Boggs · Manhattan corporate event
The event incorporated an indoor sound system, curated music, wireless headset and handheld microphones, a live performer, delay speakers for extended coverage, and a separate outdoor sound system.
Manhattan · Memorial service sound
A two-speaker system, podium microphone, wireless signal path, playback support, and onsite engineering delivered clear, consistent sound across both seating areas. The memorial service ran without feedback or wireless interruption.
Livestreaming & hybrid capability
Multi-camera coverage, live switching, presentation content, program audio, remote participation, recording, and multilingual options can be integrated around the event’s platform and audience.
Outdoor production capability
Site-specific sound, video, lighting, protected operating positions, logistics, and weather contingencies for corporate programs, concerts, festivals, and community events.
Completed commercial AV repair
The fault was traced to a failed Cat6 cable within the LED display’s data chain. The cable was replaced, the modules were reconnected and reinstalled, and normal display operation was restored.
