Managed production—not equipment drop-off

A livestream is a live program—not simply a camera pointed at a room.

We coordinate what onsite and remote audiences see and hear, how presenters join, how content is shared, how the program is recorded, and how the production responds when internet or contributor conditions change.

01

Multi-camera coverage

Purposeful camera angles, live switching, presenter views, audience coverage, and program monitoring.

02

Broadcast-quality audio

Clear speech, playback, remote contributor audio, and properly routed program mixes for both audiences.

03

Remote participation

Remote speakers, panels, Q&A, screens, platform coordination, and technical preparation.

04

Multilingual access

Real-time translated captions, interpreted audio, or both for supported languages and platforms.

Completed hybrid convention · Region 6 · Stamford, Connecticut

Remote participants became part of the room.

For this three-day convention with a 300-person ballroom, we integrated presenter and audience microphones, live cameras, large-format 16:9 projection, delay speakers, and two-way Zoom audio. Remote participants could hear, speak, and interact with the room. French translation support and secure Wi-Fi and wired Cat6 networking were also part of the production.

Before you book

Plan the right AV support for your event.

Can people on Zoom hear and speak to the entire room?

Yes, when the event is scoped for two-way participation. We route presenter and audience microphones to Zoom, bring remote voices into the room’s speakers and test the audio routing to avoid feeding participants their own sound back. This was part of our three-day Region 6 convention production in Stamford.

Can onsite and remote audiences both see live cameras and presentations?

Yes. We plan camera views, presentation sources and screen feeds around what each audience needs. The scope can include live switching, in-room screens, remote presenter content and a recording, with the required operators and permissions agreed in advance.

What internet connection does a hybrid event need?

We review the platform, stream requirements, venue connection, access restrictions and number of connected computers before the event. Wired connections are preferred where practical, with managed Wi-Fi and backup options scoped as needed. At Region 6, we provided secure Wi-Fi and wired Cat6 internet access for multiple computers.

Can you include French or other language support?

French-language translation support was included at the Region 6 Convention. For a new event, we confirm the languages, platform, audience access and whether translated captions, interpreted audio or both are required. The proposal specifies the translation approach and the people or services needed.

Do you support hybrid events outside New York City?

Yes. We serve NYC, Westchester County and Fairfield County, including Rye, White Plains, Stamford and Greenwich. Share the venue, date, attendance, room count and remote-participation requirements so we can confirm logistics and prepare the production scope.

Direct oversight. Scalable production.
