Jay was very responsive from the first phone call and got back to us with pricing within the hour. Our event was a memorial service for our parents, not a large corporate event. Nevertheless, Jay showed up early, helped us play music and went out of his way to make sure everything was set up to our liking. The sound was perfect for our event. Jay went above and beyond and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend NYC Corporate Sound highly.
