01 · The room

The audience layout changed the sound plan.

The community-room seating was divided into two sides. A single loudspeaker could have left one area less direct and less consistent, so NYC Corporate Sound used two powered loudspeakers positioned to provide balanced speech coverage across the full audience.

02 · The signal path

Podium speech, playback, and wireless links were treated as one system.

The production included a podium microphone, compact mixer, playback capability, wireless signal distribution, system processing, and active onsite monitoring. The wireless receiver was elevated to maintain a strong line of sight and reduce avoidable RF obstruction in the room.

03 · The operation

Testing before guests arrived protected the memorial service.

Both coverage zones were tested before the service. Speech level, feedback margin, wireless stability, and playback routing were confirmed, then monitored throughout the program. The memorial service ran cleanly from opening through completion.
