01 · Ballroom & meeting-room sound
Presenters and audience members could contribute.
Wireless microphones supported presenters, while audience microphones carried contributions to both the room and Zoom. Delay speakers extended sound coverage through the 300-person ballroom. Our team also provided audio for 3 additional meeting rooms.
02 · Live video & projection
A large-format 16:9 screen and live camera views.
A large-format 16:9 projection screen supported the ballroom’s visual program. Live camera feeds served both Zoom participants and the in-room audience, with computer-connected presentation support integrated into the production.
03 · Interactive Zoom & language support
Remote attendees could hear, speak, and take part.
Two-way Zoom audio connected remote participants with the ballroom. They could hear presenters and audience contributions, speak to the room, and interact in discussions alongside onsite attendees. The event also included French-language translation support.
04 · Connectivity & onsite operation
Wi-Fi and wired connections for the event’s computers.
Our team provided secure internet access for multiple computers through Wi-Fi and wired Cat6 connections. Onsite technical operation and troubleshooting supported the audio, video, remote participation, and networking throughout the three-day convention.
