Corporate event sound case study · Manhattan

Indoor and outdoor sound for Squire Patton Boggs.

This Manhattan corporate event required more than a single-room PA. The audio scope incorporated an indoor sound system, curated music, wireless headset and handheld microphones, a live performer, delay speakers, and a separate outdoor sound system.

01 · Indoor sound

Presenters, a live performer, and music shared one managed indoor system.

The indoor production combined speech reinforcement, a live performer, and curated music. Wireless headset microphones supported hands-free presenters, while wireless handheld microphones accommodated additional speaking and performance needs.

02 · Extended coverage

Delay speakers carried clear audio beyond the main loudspeakers.

Delay speakers extended coverage into listening areas that could not be served as consistently by the main system alone. The distributed approach supported clearer, more even sound throughout the indoor event space.

03 · Outdoor sound

The outdoor portion received a dedicated sound system.

A separate outdoor system expanded the production beyond the interior space, allowing the event’s audio experience to continue outside without relying on the indoor loudspeakers to cover both environments.
